Connects to your Gmail
With your permission, the app scans your inbox and email attachments to find invoices and receipts, then reads only the details it needs — supplier, amount, date and invoice number. It accesses just the messages required to extract that invoice data, across as many Gmail accounts as you like.
Organizes & exports your invoices
The AI categorizes every invoice, flags duplicates and likely errors, and turns the results into clean, structured records — ready to export to Excel or CSV, or review right inside the app.
Runs on your own computer
Invoice Finder runs locally on your machine. Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide this feature to you — never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models — in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
